STEP 2 | UPLOAD & APPROVE Within 24 hours (Monday through Friday), you will receive a digital proof and can confirm your artwork for production.
STEP 3 | FAST SHIPPING After confirming your artwork, you will receive an Email with tracking in roughly 7 business days. Track your order status at any time in the My Account portal on our website.

How do I clean this mat?
- Vacuum regularly (daily in high
-traffic commercial areas; weekly in lower traffic areas).
- Extract or hose off as needed to remove heavy soil/debris.
- Hang mat to dry.
Always make sure the mat is dry before placing it back in service.

To create a customized mat that meets your exact specifications, please let us know the Pantone color codes for both the mat and logo.
When can I expect my order to be deliveried?
Our products will be shipped within 5-7 business days following artwork approval via FedEx/DHL/UPS or other express company from China. Delivery times vary based on your location. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that all delivery dates and times are estimates.
